1:00pm- woke up and used phone for e-mail
1:30pm -used laptop for e-mail and bank statement
2:00pm- turned on tv and watched for a few hours
2:20pm- checked phone for time
4:00pm- went to the gym, watched tv on treadmill then used ipod
5:30pm- turned on lamp and tv
6:00pm- listened to ipod while having dinner
6:30- used ipod and phone
7:00pm- watched a movie on tv and laptop
7:15pm- checked e-mail on phone
8:00pm- facebook on laptop
9:00pm- used laptop to skype parents
10:00pm - continued to watch tv
12:00am- turned off tv and started using ipod and phone
12:30am- drove car to sheetz and used the radio
12:45am used the machine at sheetz
12:55am drove from sheetz to the college
2:00am- turned on tv
2:20am- checked phone again for time
2:45am- turned tv off and turned ipod on
3:00am- lights out and all electronics off, went to sleep
12:00pm- checked phone for e-mail
12:15pm - turned on tv and laptop
1:00pm- continue watching tv and end of 24HRS
